In the toolbar there are two buttons to create folders and pages.

New Folder

1. Click 'New Folder' button
2. Insert the folder name
   
   
   
   
3. Click 'Create' button
4. A new folder with the given name is created
   
   

New Page

1. Click 'New Page' button
2. Insert the page name
   
   
3. Click 'Create' button
4. A new name with the given name is created
