ToDo Report

Is possible to create a ToDo Report by simple inserting the ToDo Report macro in a Confluence page.

  1. Go to the page where you want to insert the ToDo Report and edit the page

  2. In the Confluence editor, choose Insert > Other Macros

  3. Search for 'ToDo Report' macro and click on the item in the list

  4. Insert the parameters of your ToDo Report:

    • Spaces, filter by selecting one or multiple spaces to show the associated tasks. If left empty not filer will be applied

    • Pages, filter by selecting one or multiple pages to show the associated tasks. If left empty not filer will be applied

    • Number of Tasks per Page, if left empty there won't be pagination in the report

    • Auto refresh, time interval to automatically retrieve and update the data of the report






  5. Save the macro

  6. Save the page
