ToDo List macro

Is possible to create a ToDo List by simple inserting the ToDo List macro within a Confluence page.

  1. Go to the page where you want to insert the ToDo List and edit the page

  2. In the Confluence editor, choose Insert > Other Macros

  3. Search for 'ToDo List Macro' and click on the item in the list

  4. Insert the parameters of your ToDo List:

    • Title

    • Height

    • Width

    • Remove task when completed

    • Number of Tasks per Page




  5. Save the macro

  6. Save the page

Blueprint

Blueprint can be used to get a ToDo List up and running in no time at all.

  1. Choose Create from template  in the Confluence header

  2. Select ToDo List template from the dialog and hit Create



  3. Name your page and hit Save

  4. The result is a newly created page containing a ToDo List and a ToDo Report.
