Privacy
Protecting your privacy has a high priority for us and our company. Ros Entertainment adheres to a strict policy for ensuring the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, or sensitive personal information. For this reason, we have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the rules on data protection are observed by us. We want to point out, that the transmission of data on the internet can have security gaps and complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Data Security
Our apps store all information in your Atlassian server on in Atlassian Cloud. All data is located in your IT system (server) that hosts the Atlassian server product. For Cloud version of the app, all data is located into Atlassian Cloud system.
We do not have access to the information stored on your end. Our apps do not transfer data from your Atlassian server or from the end user's web browser to any of our IT infrastructure.
Support
During the active maintenance period, you may request support for our apps by email at entertainmentros@gmail.com or by using our service desk.
Ros Entertainment uses Atlassian cloud offerings for JIRA and JIRA Service Desk to provide and manage customer support. Customers who wish to contact the support are required to create an Atlassian ID account. Any personal information requested in the account sign up process will be collected, stored and processed by Atlassian and is governed by the Atlassian Privacy Policy. The same applies to if you sent an e-mail to the support address. This mails are forwarded to the Service Desk and will automatically generate an Atlassian ID account for you and send an email notification to you.
Analytics
Atlassian uses Google Analytics to collect usage information on the Atlassian Marketplace add-on listing pages. Additionally, Atlassian provides marketplace vendors the possibility to integrate Google Analytics into their Marketplace apps listing pages. We use this possibility to analyse and improve the use of our marketplace listings. With the statistics we can improve our offer and make it more useful for you as a user.
We do not use any analytical tool within our server apps.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy from time to time to ensure that it complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the Privacy Policy, for example by introducing new services.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
